Busan West (11-13 Nov 2011), a film festival being organised by South Korea's Busan International Film Festival 부산국제영화제 and Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in the US, has unveiled an 11-title inaugural line up.

The programme includes three films making their North American premiere; BONG Joon-ho 봉준호's The Host 3D, Korean animation Leafie 마당을 나온 암탉 (pictured) directed by OH Seong-yun 오성윤 | 吳成允, and Filipino drama Niño directed by Loy ARCENAS, winner of the New Currents Award at BIFF 2011.

The festival on Orange County, California, will close with FENG Xiaogang 馮小剛's Aftershock 唐山大地震 (2010).
