Production has got underway on Iron Man 3, the superhero film that The Walt Disney Company is co-producing with China's DMG Entertainment DMG娛樂傳媒集團.
Filming has begun on the East coast of the US and will later shift to China.
Disney confirmed that the film is set for release in the US in May 2013. A Chinese release date has not yet been set.
DMG is an investor in the production, will manage the Chinese co-production process and jointly produce the film in China. It will also distribute Iron Man 3 in China in collaboration with Disney.
